Refund policy

All sales are final and we cannot accept returns except in special circumstances.  Please contact us for our return and refund application.  We represent and warrant that all wines were in our possession and were cellar kept.  However, we cannot, given the nature of wine and the years, guarantee that any particular purchase will be to your full satisfaction and delight.  We have, however, inspected these fine wines, kept them in appropriate conditions using appropriate tools and methods, and have, to the best of our ability, done everything to ensure that these wines are in good condition.
