All sales are final and we cannot accept returns.  We represent and warrant that all wines were in our possession and were cellar kept.  However, we cannot, given the nature of wine and the years, guarantee that any particular purchase will be to your full satisfaction and delight.  We have, however, inspected these fine wines, kept them in appropriate conditions using appropriate tools and methods, and have, to the best of our ability, done everything to ensure that these wines are in good condition. We ship from Cleveland, Ohio primarily using UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground Service.  Alternative services may be purchased and/or arranged through our website or by contacting us in advance.  We represent and warrant that we will properly pack and box your purchases.  All responsibility thereafter falls upon the delivery service chosen and/or the customer.
